So good! Five pounds is a win towards goal not backwards. I wAnted to share I’ve lost weight for first time in years since becoming vegan. Plant based whole foods is the way to go( for me anyways), it’s full of nutrients, satisfying and delicious. My new obessession or go go is potato “cheeze” blended boiled yukons, carrot, onion and jalepeno. Cheeze sauce heaven, guilt free. Also love banana pancakes. Blend banana, oats, vanilla, baking powder and water,cook on a nonstick griddle. Beans, homemade almond milk, veggie wraps, overnight oats, I love reinventing my favorites into plant based.
